I created this group as a place where Kingdompreneurs (i.e. Christian leaders who are in business) can connect and learn from each other, support and build one another up. I’m in the process of connecting the pieces of my OWN life and business. I want to help you connect your pieces too!
Why Kingdompreneurs? As a not-so-retired pastor, like you, l know that we are living in a postmodern, post-pandemic world where everything has changed. What we as believers, do in our ministries/businesses outside the church walls is more important than ever.
You may be wondering, who am I? . . . I am Rev. Dr. Alfie Wines, Ph.D., Managing Director at The Sinew Consulting Group. I am a writing coach, editor, ghost writer whose specialty is helping Kingdompreneurs get their books out of their heads, ready for publication, and turn them into an online course without stress and overwhelm by using my TEOW (Think, Explore, Outline, Write) process.
I have extensive experience in executing strategies, programs, and partnerships to drive organizational/community development and cultural transformation in a number of settings including small business, corporate settings, parish community, and government. My background includes 20 years as a Human Resource Professional and 17 years as an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church.
As I pivot into life as an entrepreneur, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. As with ministry, I’ve learned that being in business affects every area of my life. Yes, being in business takes all of me. I have to make sure that every area of my life, I call it Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness, and Finances, is in order. My guess is that you’ve figured that out too!
